If I were a boy again, I would school myself into a habit of attention; I would let nothing come between me and the subject in hand. I would remember that a good skater never tries to skate in two directions at once. The habit of attention becomes part of our life, if we begin early enough. I often hear grown-up people say “I could not fix my attention on the lecture or book, although I wished to do so” , and the reason is, the habit was not formed in youth.
If I were to live my life over again, I would pay more attention to the cultivation of the memory. I would strengthen that faculty by every possible means, and on every possible occasion. It takes a little hard work at first to remember things accurately; but memory soon helps itself, and gives very little trouble. It only needs early cultivation to become a power.
If I were a boy again, I would look on the cheerful side. Life is very much like a mirror: if you smile upon it, I smile back upon you; but if you frown and look doubtful on it, you will get a similar look in return.
Inner sunshine warms not only the heart of the owner, but of all that come in contact with it. “who shuts love out ,in turn shall be shut out from love.”
Finally, instead of trying hard to be happy, as if that were the sole purpose of life, I would, if I were a boy again, I would still try harder to make others happy.

【演講稿05】Don’t give up
If we would ever accomplish anything in life, let us not forget that we must persevere. If we would learn our lessons in school, we must be diligent and not give up whenever we come to anything difficult. We shall find many of our lessons very hard, but let us consider that the harder they are the better they will do to us if we will persevere and learn them thoroughly.
But there are some among us who are ready to give up when they come to a hard example in mathematics, and say, "I can”t do this." They never will if they feel so. "I can”t" never does anything worthwhile; but "I”ll try" accomplishes wonders.
Let us remember that we shall meet with difficulties all through life. They are in the pathway of everyone. If we will only try and keep trying, we shall be sure to conquer and overcome every difficulty we meet with. If we have a hard lesson today, let us strive to learn it well and then we shall be prepared for a harder one tomorrow. And if we learn to master hard lessons in school, it will prepare us to overcome the hard things that we shall meet in life, when our school days are over.

For our students, marks is above everything. Teachers will judge us from our marks. With marks we can be enrolled into junior middle schools. That is the reason why we say Everyone is equal before marks. However, I think marks are the sole standard to judge the success or failure of students in exams. Sometimes, marks more than ten or less than one or two in our exams comparing with others mean not everything. The success or failure in exams will be influenced by experience on the spot and the examinees health etc. Once in a while one cannot fail in exams. Success or failure is common sense for military. I think everyone is familiar with the famous saying. Don’t you think such will be the case with our study In exams, one cannot be never-defeated general . Even though one will be very good in everyday study, he cannot succeed in every exam sometimes. We can get proof from the fact that the very best one we call Number One Scholar in the entrance exams for college and ordinary middle school and specialized secondary school over the years is not eminent above all others nor top student in every study. As a matter of fact, high marks and ability are not unified. Some time ago, a new phrase high marks but poor competence came into being. Once I happened to meet such a teacher as this .It is said that the teacher just graduated from a far-famed key university. But his teaching result is much less than that of the one who just graduated from a not-well-renowned college. When lecturing, the teacher only repeated what the text-books says, which was very dull so the his students interest in learning was not aroused. His teaching was short of unity of teaching and learning. At present there is a fact that we know a few brilliant and top college graduates are not qualified for their posts. The reason for it may be lack of the ability to combine knowledge learnt from books with pragmatics in their work. Students of this kind will be successful in every exam but they will be able to use freely their knowledge in their posts. Dont you think it waste training such persons for the country
To sum up from the above, I can say marks are not absolutely authoritative for some. If we neglect training and developing the students ability and competence and if we only seek for the high marks, we will be absolutely wrong. We should take an objective attitude towards the marks. Neither should we neglect them nor should we overvalue them like a
God.

i’m very glad to be here and give you my speech. i hope we all can enjoy the time. now, today my topic is: “a small truth to make life 100%”.
as a young english teacher, i have to face different kinds of students and deal with trivial things every day. life goes on, but sometimes it’s becoming frustrating and i feel very tired. how to make my life become better? i’m always seeking for the answer. fortunately, when i read a magazine one day, i found the truth to make my life 100%. today i would like to share it with you.
now, my dear friends, let’s do an interesting test together and then you will find the secret by yourself! as we all know, there are 26 alphabets in english, a to z. against them we have the numbers 1% to 26%. if a is equal to 1%, and b to 2%, and so on, until z is equal to 26%, then can you guess what can make our life 100%? that is to say, what can make our life perfect?
some of you may suggest “money”. however, after calculating, you’ll find it only comes to 72%. now try a few more. knowledge? yes, knowledge is power! but this time it only comes to 96%. how about love? that only shows at 54%. luck does even worse, only at 47%. though most of us think this is the most important.
then what makes 100%? hard work? closer, 98%. but not exact. now, what on earth can make life 100%? well, every problem has a solution, only if we perhaps change our attitude. yes! only attitude comes out at 100%.
many of the gifts we have been given have been distributed unfairly. we all wish we had the ability of the talented, the money of the rich, and the luck of the beautiful. but none of these matter. there is only one thing we all have equally and can always control even in the worst situations. and that is our attitude.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Thanks for your coming, I fell so happy , I have this chance to stand there to share my ideas about my hometown with you all.
A culture creats a city, the water and soil bring up the people. At the foot of Erlang mountain, in the middle of Sichuan province, lies a small town named Tian Quan. I am proud to say: it is my hometown.
Wherever I go, Tian Quan stays in my deep memory forever. I can not forget the place where I was born and grow up, I can not forget the place where surrounded by green mountains and water, I can not forget the good and honest people who working hard in there, I can not forget every river, every street there.
Standing at the top of the WenBi mountain, you will catch a bird’s eye view of the whole Tian Quan. You will find it is a beautiful picture including the mordern colour and old smell.
Looking at the lovly provious animals , such as panda, Takin, Golden monkey. You will thinks the nature has special power to make life so wonderful.
My hometown has a long history of culture. There is the tea-horse-accient-way, which attracts Chinese and foreign tourists to visit .? Walking on the tea-horse-accient-way, you can’t help sign in regret how long our culture is!
Tian Quan is also famous for it’s culture of tea. In summer , the farmers work on the tea plantations, you will regard it as a lively picture. If you have a chance to work on the tea plantations, you can’t miss it! You can enjoy the tea and learn more about tea at the same time .How wonderful it is!
I want to say a song for my hometown, but I don’t know what kinds of music is fit for her, I want to write a poem for her, but I don’t know what words can describe her.

在讀小學的時候，我們都學過一首歌，歌名叫《每當我走過老師的窗前》，歌中這樣唱到：靜靜的深夜，群星在閃耀，老師的房間徹夜明亮，每當我走過您的窗前，明亮的燈光照耀我心房；從那時起，我的心里就萌發(fā)了一顆種子，一顆對“教師”這一職業(yè)期望的種子……
中學的時候，我們同樣也學習過韓愈的《師說》，他這樣為教師定義：“師者，傳道授業(yè)解惑也；”通過學習，我明白了，教師不僅僅是教知識技能，更要教學生做人的道理。教師的一言一行都對學生有著潛移默化的作用。教師的形象影響著學校的校風，而教師的素質(zhì)直接關(guān)系著學生的培養(yǎng)。
2011年9月10日，我的第一個教師節(jié)，收到了一位朋友的短信：“一支粉筆，兩袖清風，三尺講臺，四季晴雨。祝你節(jié)日快樂！”我很感動，同時為教師這一稱呼感到無比榮耀。
我所在的學校地處章丘市的一個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)，接收的都是農(nóng)民的子女。我們的校舍不華麗，我們的跑道還是碳渣路，但是這里的老師們都在做同樣的一件事——靜心教書，潛心育人。而各位老師這樣的工作態(tài)度也在深深的影響著我、教育著我。用他們的實際行動在告訴我，如何做一名優(yōu)秀的人民教師。
子曰：“德之不修，學之不講，聞義不能徙，不善不能改，是吾憂也！”古人尚修德，作為教書育人的教師，更應(yīng)把師德放在首位。
在今天，當我們面對全面建設(shè)小康社會的新形勢、新任務(wù)；面對課程改革的新標準、新要求；面對人們在名利金錢面前的浮躁，面對人生觀價值觀的沖擊。身為老師的我們又該如何去面對，去履行我們的職責呢？我想“靜心教書，潛心育人”是最基本的行為準則。
在我的身邊，有這樣一支教師隊伍，他們除了教書育人，還利用業(yè)余時間共同學習，苦鉆業(yè)務(wù)，勇于創(chuàng)新，在教書育人的這條道路上，披荊斬棘，昂首闊步。
在我的身邊，有這樣一些老師，他們學識淵博，教學嚴謹，精心準備每一堂課，寫好每一頁教案，在三尺講臺上默默耕耘，撒播知識和道德的種子；他們是平凡的，普通的，沒有驚人的事跡，沒有輝煌的成就，就像一塊黑板，曾經(jīng)寫滿了神奇和真理，最后擦去的是功利。
我國著名的教育家陶行知先生曾說過：“捧出一顆心來，不帶半根草去。”這就是對教師教學生涯的最好寫照。教師的職業(yè)注定平凡，淡泊名利，講究職業(yè)良心，才能在平凡中創(chuàng)造出不平凡的業(yè)績，如果把平凡而神圣的教師崗位看作個人謀生的手段，就永遠不會成功與快樂。在教師崗位上，沒有悠閑自在的舒適和安逸，只有默默無聞的奉獻。愛崗敬業(yè)是對教師職業(yè)的尊重，也是對自己的負責。
要培養(yǎng)學生的完善人格，教師必須先完善自己。那些把關(guān)心留給社會，把熱心留給學校，把忠心留給教育，把愛心留給學生，把真心留給同事，把耐心留給自己，用心去工作，用愛去育人的教師正閃爍著人格的巨大魅力。作為身負重任的社會一員，教師更應(yīng)該積極地自我教育，在人格自我完善的道路上不斷前進。都說教師是太陽底下最光輝的職業(yè)，教師肩負的使命崇高，并且責任重大。雖然我們每天做的事情平平凡凡，然而這些事情卻連著千家萬戶的切身利益，更連著祖國的前途，民族的未來。
教師，是一個神圣的稱呼；師德，不是簡單的說教，而是一種精神體現(xiàn)，是一種深厚的知識內(nèi)涵和文化品位的體現(xiàn)；師德，需要培養(yǎng)，需要教育，更需要的是每位教師的自我修養(yǎng)！讓我們把心沉下心來，靜心教書，潛心育人，共同撐起教育的藍天，共同托起明天的太陽！
最后，用一首詩來結(jié)束我今天的演講：
我想教會學生如何去生活，
如何面對困難，完善自我。
不只是書本知識或是自然奧秘，
而是如何走好人生的道路。

對于職業(yè)化，我將從以下3個方面來闡述我對職業(yè)化的理解。
1.什么是職業(yè)化？
2.為什么需要職業(yè)化？
3.對于職業(yè)化我們要怎么做？
第一：什么是職業(yè)化？
職業(yè)化的定義：職業(yè)化是指工作狀態(tài)的標準化、規(guī)范化和制度化，我認為通俗地講，一個訓練有素的職業(yè)人就是在合適的時間、合適的地點，用合適的方式，說合適的話，做合適的事。這句話很形象地概括了的職業(yè)化的內(nèi)涵。關(guān)鍵是“合適”這個詞用得很好，為什么這么說，我打個比方，你見過長期在工地上干活的人穿得西裝革履嗎？你見過穿著西裝去修空調(diào)的嗎？
這明顯就是不合適，因為他沒有用合適的方式去做合適的事情，我們大家都知道，在工地，一定是要頭戴安全帽，腳穿勞保鞋，衣服著裝要適度寬松等等。這些標準，其實就是屬于職業(yè)化的范疇啦。
舉一個我身邊的例子，我剛下項目那會，跟著一個工長下現(xiàn)場去學習，有一天晚上，由于臨時有事，他穿著拖鞋就下現(xiàn)場了，當時木工正在釘模板。由于是晚上，光線不太好，他一腳就踩中一個釘子，由于連貫的收腳反應(yīng)，結(jié)果另一只腳剛踏出一步就又中招了。這個例子說明我們在工地穿著規(guī)范化的確很重要，這關(guān)乎我們的安全。
第二：為什么需要職業(yè)化。
下面我將從我們公司如今面臨的一些背景來淺析下為什么需要職業(yè)化？
背景：目前我們公司正處于由“單一工程建造商”轉(zhuǎn)型為“具備設(shè)計施工能力的國際工程承包商”和“具備產(chǎn)業(yè)化特征的建筑綜合服務(wù)商”的關(guān)鍵時期。
我們的期望：業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)更好、市場布局更優(yōu)、管理更科學。
打造職業(yè)化團隊不僅是促進企業(yè)從優(yōu)秀走向卓越的有力保障，更將為企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級提供不竭動力。我們公司，現(xiàn)在面臨著機遇，同時也是一種挑戰(zhàn)。因此，我們推出了“兩商”戰(zhàn)略。
我們的模式是采用施工總承包的商業(yè)模式承攬工程項目，但是，隨著經(jīng)濟形勢的變化，施工總承包商業(yè)模式的經(jīng)營之路越走越狹窄了，那么我們再看看國際上建筑公司的模式是什么樣的呢？
目前國際上比較常用的有EPC（設(shè)計-采購-施工/交鑰匙工程）模式、BT模式（建造-移交）、BOT模式（建造-經(jīng)營-移交）等。
這些都是我們國際工程領(lǐng)域中值得借鑒的新型商業(yè)模式。
國際上的模式給我們的啟示：未來國內(nèi)建筑市場的需求必定是多元化的，所以施工企業(yè)的能力也應(yīng)當是多元的，而要做到這一點，就必然未雨綢繆，所謂未雨綢繆其實就是在戰(zhàn)略上有所安排，包括對人才的引進和培育均需要從戰(zhàn)略上充分考慮。
大家想想，我通俗點來說就是，兩家單位，一家只會單純的建房子，而另一家說，我不僅會建房子，我還會設(shè)計房子。很明顯第二家的競爭力就強很多了。第二家具備的能力這就是所謂的EPC 模式。當我們具備這種能力的時候，我們就能走向世界，我們的路才會越走越寬。
第三對于職業(yè)化我們要怎么做？
有這樣一個故事：
一天，一位記者到建筑工地采訪，分別問了三個建筑工人一個相同的問題：“你們在干什么？”第一個建筑工人頭也不抬地回答：“我正在砌一堵墻。”第二個建筑工人回答：“我正在蓋房子。”記者又問第三個工人，這次他得到的回答是：“我在為人們建造漂亮的家園。”記者覺得三個建筑工人的回答很有趣，就將其寫進了自己的報道。
若干年后，記者在整理過去的采訪記錄時，突然看到了這三個回答，三個不同的回答讓他產(chǎn)生了強烈的欲望，想去看看這三個工人現(xiàn)在的生活怎么樣。
等他找到這三個工人的時候，結(jié)果令他大吃一驚：當年的第一個建筑工人現(xiàn)在還是一個建筑工人，仍然像從前一樣砌著他的墻；當年的第二個工人現(xiàn)在竟然做了一名設(shè)計師；至于第三個工人，他現(xiàn)在成了一家房地產(chǎn)公司的老板，前兩個工人正在為他工作。
本來在同一崗位的三位工人，結(jié)果竟然會有如此巨大的差距，這個故事我們可以得到什么啟示呢？
第一種很悲哀，為了生存而干活，生活僅為了生存而奔波，也少了進取的樂趣！
第二種人有夢想，人生因夢想而偉大，可惜缺少遠見！
第三種人有著遠大的夢想，心懷夢想的人終有一天能變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實，哥倫比亞夢想著另一個世界而發(fā)現(xiàn)新大陸。
我們由這個小故事得出一個結(jié)論，那就是你對職業(yè)的態(tài)度將決定你以后在職場的高度。那么我們要完善自我，需要具備什么素質(zhì)呢？
我們至少要具備以下一些職業(yè)化素養(yǎng)。
1.古人說“業(yè)精于勤，而荒于嬉”。職業(yè)化精神要求每一個員工都必須具備忠于職守、愛崗敬業(yè)的敬業(yè)精神。
2.要養(yǎng)成嚴謹務(wù)實的工作習慣。有人說過：“世界上最可怕的力量是習慣，世界上最神奇的力量也是習慣”。
3.樹立終生學習的觀念。活到老，學到老，與時俱進。確立自身的職業(yè)目標，制定好自己的職業(yè)發(fā)展計劃，動態(tài)調(diào)整和完善自己的職業(yè)方向，做好理性選擇，力爭在企業(yè)中實現(xiàn)個人更高的人生價值。

我們的護理工作沒有轟轟烈烈的輝煌，卻寫滿了簡單而又平凡的愛，打針、發(fā)藥、鋪床、輸液，我們在苦中呵護著生命；交班、接班、白天、黑夜，我們在累中把握著生命的輪回；在病患家屬的期待和埋怨聲中，我們守候著一個一個身患疾病的病人，直到我們的腳上長滿了老繭。我們從來沒有雙休日的概念，有的只是冬冷夏熱的三班倒。但在苦中去感受呵護生命的快樂，在累中更能體會到自身價值的意義。我院一名普通的兒科護士，因為頭皮針技術(shù)好，常常犧牲業(yè)余時間為那些重患和高難度的頭皮針患者服務(wù)。不管是半夜還是節(jié)假，在需要的任何時間，都有她瘦小的身影。記得一次在深夜搶救三度營養(yǎng)不良的患兒，患兒因為休克癥狀血管不充盈，住院時間過長注射血管基本都被破壞，很難找到可以進針的血管。可是，不能進食的孩子無法輸液就無法維持，陳護士蹲在病床邊整整半個多小時的耐心尋找、進針，直到救命的液體流進孩子幼小的身體。
醫(yī)者仁心，也是我們護理人員的表現(xiàn)。奉上愛心一片，獻出真情滿懷，為貧困患者募捐、救助孤殘患者。記得有一次一位鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)弱智重患女孩，或許因為家庭貧困等原因，接到內(nèi)科之后送她的親友就失蹤了。弱智的15歲女孩子甚至不知道饑飽，生活完全無法自理。是內(nèi)科的護士姐妹們你一餐我一餐地床頭給她喂食，護理她的生活起居，直到病情好轉(zhuǎn)被送回家中。豐碑無語，行勝于言。患者在你心中有多重，你在人民的心中就有多重！一封封的感謝信，一句句熱辣辣的感激話語，見證了我們護士姐妹們用愛呵護生命的直錄。
“三分治療，七分護理”，堅持的動力來自患者的認可，大小夜班，沒有規(guī)律的作息時間，疲憊而瑣碎。卻沒有消磨我們護理工作者的信念。做治療時神情永遠是那么專注，動作是那么輕柔，燕尾帽下閃著天使般慈愛的目光。微笑和淡定，像春日里和煦的風，吹散了患者心中疾病的陰霾；像夏日里的晨曦，喚醒了患者戰(zhàn)勝病魔的信心；像秋日里的明月，照亮了患者通向健康的彼岸；像冬日里的暖陽，溫暖了患者那顆孤獨的心。青春在病床邊悄悄逝去，理想在現(xiàn)實中熠熠閃光。把微笑寫在臉上把辛酸埋在心底。記不起從什么時候開始，學會了容忍、學會了保護，學會了處事不驚，學會了……。送人玫瑰，手有余香，我們的護士姐妹們是在用愛心和職責呵護無數(shù)個生命的歷程！詩人泰戈爾曾經(jīng)說過：“天空中沒有翅膀的痕跡，但我已飛過！”我們戴的燕尾帽雖然沒有皇冠的高貴典雅，卻閃耀她圣潔的風采。一聲問候、一份體貼、一個微笑、一腔熱情化作春風細雨滋潤患者久旱的心田，把歡樂、幸福和健康帶給千千萬萬個家庭。
歲月輪回，光陰荏苒，回首從護的日夜兼程，品讀著生命的春華秋實，曾經(jīng)年少時的美麗憧憬歷歷在目，相信每一位護士都曾感慨當個“天使”太不容易，白衣天使的翅膀太沉重了，左邊背著愛心和真誠，右邊馱者微笑和奉獻，用辛勤的汗水一筆筆描繪青春的足跡。但這種執(zhí)著將會使我們終身受益，選擇當護士，我們還是無怨無悔！當有人問我的職業(yè)時，我還是會自豪的說：“我是一名護士”。
如今我自豪:
我感受了這種職業(yè)的艱辛，
我體會了這種艱辛的快樂，
我品嘗了這種快樂的滋味。

大家好！我是來自信用社機關(guān)財務(wù)部的，今天為大家演講的題目是《知“合規(guī)”之實，行“合規(guī)”之道》。
眾所周知，“不以規(guī)矩，不能成方圓”。然而，何為規(guī)？何為矩？卻鮮為人知！引經(jīng)據(jù)典，規(guī)，就是圓規(guī)！矩，就是曲尺！也就是說，沒有圓規(guī)、沒有曲尺，任你是何等的能工巧匠，任你是何等的技藝精湛，要制作出圓形或者是方形的物品的，那都是萬萬不可能的！
難道千古名言就這么簡單嗎？非也！我們的母語——漢語，之所以偉大，就在于它絕不只是簡簡單單地止于字面原意，而是偉大在字里行間蘊含的深刻哲理。“沒有規(guī)矩，不成方圓”這一來自木匠行業(yè)的古老術(shù)語，早已成為“干任何事情，若無一定規(guī)則便會出錯”的告誡用語了。
的確！大到一個國家、一個政黨、一個地區(qū)，小至一個行業(yè)、一個單位、一個項目，都有自己的法則！都有自己的規(guī)范！都有自己的標準！正所謂黨有黨紀、國有國法、家有家規(guī)，我們信合聯(lián)社同樣如此。“合規(guī)”就是我們的圓規(guī)！“合規(guī)”就是我們的曲尺！
在座的每一位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、每一位同仁都深知，我們信用社是一個特殊的金融企業(yè)，其主要的服務(wù)陣地在基層，尤其是在農(nóng)村一線。我們除了同樣面臨的信用風險、深諳的市場風險、熟知的操作風險外，更承載著以往自身的違規(guī)操作而導(dǎo)致的沉重歷史包袱，遭遇著農(nóng)業(yè)銀行重返“三農(nóng)”、村鎮(zhèn)銀行相繼開立、郵政銀行日趨完善的金融市場競爭壓力，面臨著比其它銀行機構(gòu)更高、更為特殊的合規(guī)風險考驗，這些“攔路之虎”讓我們不得不放慢前行的鏗鏘腳步，不得不探求籠中脫困的錦囊妙計。
常言說得好，只要思想不滑坡，辦法總比困難多。只要我們找到了克敵制勝的法寶，我們信用聯(lián)社就一定會站穩(wěn)腳跟、有所作為！只要我們掌握了加快發(fā)展的引擎，我們信用聯(lián)社就一定會突飛猛進、鑄就輝煌！而“合規(guī)”經(jīng)營，就是這克敵制勝的法寶；“合規(guī)”經(jīng)營，就是這加快發(fā)展的引擎。它就像茫茫黑夜之中的一盞明燈、一把烈火，指引著我們前進的方向，照亮著我們前行的道路，驅(qū)趕著我們前途的黑暗！
興許有人要問，“合規(guī)”真有你說的這么重要嗎？這是當然！這不僅僅是因為它被巴塞爾委員會冠之以“銀行內(nèi)部的一項核心風險管理活動”的要義，更為重要的是因為合規(guī)風險的地位早已遠遠凌駕于傳統(tǒng)的信用風險、市場風險和操作風險之上！這一點，在我們的工作實務(wù)中有諸多的印證：四川南充嘉陵區(qū)農(nóng)村信用社間曾連發(fā)7起“內(nèi)部經(jīng)濟案件”，諸如任華貴攜信用社資金潛逃案，杜桂林參與金融憑證詐騙案，毛正興、梁云益、劉偉違規(guī)放款侵占信貸資金案，文顯臻、任春榮合伙盜竊信用社獎金案，他們有的已鋃鐺入獄、失去自由，有的已丟掉飯碗、失業(yè)職業(yè)，更為可悲的是有臨近退休的老職工晚節(jié)不保、老淚縱橫地走上服刑之路，他們從事金融經(jīng)營管理幾十年，把自己一個堂堂的金融高管經(jīng)營成一個不堪回首的階下之囚。當然，這些案件金額巨大、損失嚴重、影響深遠，可能僅是冰山一角，可能在有的地方還會繼續(xù)。但是，這些過高的違規(guī)成本、這些難以承受之重，難道還不足以彰顯“合規(guī)”風險管理的重要性嗎？難道這些還不足以喚醒我們每一個信合人的“合規(guī)”風險意識嗎？
興許有人還要問，“合規(guī)”不就是符合規(guī)定、符合銀行制定的規(guī)章制度嗎？這對，但也不全對！這僅僅是知其然，而不知其所以然。5年前，銀監(jiān)會頒布的《商業(yè)銀行合規(guī)風險管理指引》，就對出自于國際巴塞爾銀監(jiān)會的“合規(guī)”這一“泊來品”，給出了“銀行的經(jīng)營活動與法律、規(guī)則和準則相一致”的注解。由于“合規(guī)”風險管理起步較晚，當前我們信用聯(lián)社“合規(guī)”經(jīng)營的基礎(chǔ)還比較薄弱、體系還不完善，但這絕不能成為我們違法亂紀的借口，絕不能成為我們違規(guī)違章的缺口。我們要清醒的認識到，那些囊括了外部的法律法規(guī)、監(jiān)管規(guī)章、市場規(guī)則的“合規(guī)”內(nèi)容，就是我們每一個信合人服務(wù)發(fā)展、加快發(fā)展的“尚方寶劍”；那些涵蓋了自律規(guī)定、內(nèi)部制度、誠實守信的“合規(guī)”范疇，就是我們信用聯(lián)社科學發(fā)展、又好又快發(fā)展的“生命之神”！

記得第一次讀這本書，仿佛在跟隨大師的腳步，走進心靈的圣殿，去厘清崇高和卑鄙、真誠和虛偽、簡單和復(fù)雜、善良與丑惡，那清晰而又模糊的界線。記得第一次讀完這本書，大師的那句“完美無瑕的人性，就是關(guān)心他人勝過關(guān)心自己，就是公正無私和慈善博愛的情懷”便深深地印在了我的心里。什么是“完美無瑕的人性”?我能做到嗎?平凡的我，總覺得“完美無瑕”是那么的遙不可及。
于是，我四處尋找，從尚秀云身上、從宋魚水身上，更從今天的陳燕萍身上!我期待在英雄、模范、典型身上找到答案，期待在他們轟轟烈烈的事跡中體會“完美無瑕的人性”的力量。
可是，當我試圖從陳燕萍身上尋找轟轟烈烈的時候，看到的卻是平凡的點點滴滴——
給到庭訴訟的老人端茶送飯;資助貧困的學生上學;走在田間地頭為百姓講解法律知識;騎著一輛破舊的自行車為當事人送達裁判文書;到企業(yè)、鄉(xiāng)村、船頭給當事人做調(diào)解工作;耐心接受群眾的法律咨詢等等等等，沒有一件是驚天動地的，沒有一件是轟轟烈烈的，有的只是平凡，只是瑣碎。
可是，當這一幅幅平凡的畫面在我的腦海中浮現(xiàn)的時候，我的內(nèi)心像一面平靜的湖水被激起了波瀾，是什么樣的力量，讓她想人民群眾之所想?是什么樣的精神，讓她急人民群眾之所急?是情，是愛，是她身上具備的崇高的美德與博愛的情懷，才使她把平凡的工作做得那么充滿人情味，就如她自己所說：“贍養(yǎng)案件還會有親情，離婚案件還會有舊情，鄰里糾紛還會有鄉(xiāng)情，欠款糾紛還會有友情，交通事故還會有同情。只要喚起當事人的人間真情，恩恩怨怨都可能煙消云散。”在她平和的笑容和黑色的法袍后面，我看到了那一股蘊藏著的力量和柔情!
道德中最大的秘密就是愛，感情是愛的載體，深厚的感情就是一種深沉、厚重的愛。“一個人愛的最高境界是愛別人，一個共-產(chǎn)-黨人愛的最高境界是愛人民”，這是公仆孔繁森對人民群眾的愛;“當法官，跟做醫(yī)生一樣，首先要立德，要有體恤之心”，這是法官媽媽陳燕萍對當事人的愛。正是這種愛讓這位普普通通的女法官點燃了司法的溫暖，感動了周圍的人們，彰顯了社會主義法治的人性光輝，成為人民法官為人民的感情基矗從她的身上，我看到了“完美無瑕的人性”的力量，我震撼于她“公正無私和慈善博愛的情懷”，感動于她“關(guān)心他人勝過關(guān)心自己”。
今天，我們眼前的世界呈現(xiàn)出前所未有的繽紛和嘈雜，我們的內(nèi)心正面對著四面八方的誘-惑和沖擊，我們對公平正義的守護和堅信正經(jīng)受著挑戰(zhàn)和考驗。作為公平正義的守護者，我們該怎樣去化解錯綜復(fù)雜的矛盾糾紛、怎樣去守護清正廉潔的精神家園、怎樣去踐行人民法官為人民的莊嚴承諾呢?從亞當·斯密的文字中，從陳燕萍的事跡中，從法的內(nèi)涵與使命中，我想我們已經(jīng)找到了答案。

然而這積累是需要長時間去完成，為了今后進入社會時我們不再茫然失措，為了今后面對機會的悄然來臨時我們不會說i’m sorry ，我還沒準備好，為了在今后我們能不畏艱難、長風破浪，我們需要從現(xiàn)在開始，奠定基礎(chǔ)，不論是學習還是工作，我們每天都要告訴自己，我們的今天需要比明天更好，
為了讓我們每一天都有進步，
首先，我們需要敢于去進步，敢于邁出那通向成功的第一步，這就好像我喜歡一個女孩子，如果我一直就這樣遠遠望著她最終看著她被別的男孩子牽走，那我一輩子都會遺憾，遺憾當初沒下手，但如果我敢于向她表明我的心意，那么我也就在走向成功了路上了，但往往一次的追求是很難成功的，如果我放棄了，那么隨著時間的流逝人家也會把我淡忘，但是如果我再去追第二次，第三次，總有一次會成功，即使最終也都不成功，那這女孩子也會一輩子記住我，當她回憶這一生時，或許她會忘記其他帥哥，但她永遠也不會忘記在那個美麗的大學里有那么一個傻小子執(zhí)著得追求了她不下于10次，在她今后對自己的婚姻不滿時，也會想起我，悔恨當初沒選我。
所以不僅要敢于去做，更要堅持去做，
值得尊重的固然是位于高山之上的人，但更值得尊重是不停向上攀登的人，攀登的過程充滿艱辛，會一次次的跌倒，會被暫時的迷霧遮擋住視線，但我們不能因為跌倒了就不再起來，將自己定位在跌倒的高度，看著別人超越自己，看著別人一步步邁向成功，要想追求更美的風景，要想將看到的地平線不斷往外推廣最后走向遠方，就需要不停的攀登，不去貪戀于眼前短暫絢麗的煙火，而是去追求遠方永恒璀璨的星辰。或許最終我們無法達到山頂，或許最終我們無法摘到星辰，但是我們因為自己的頑強攀登而看到了更遠的風景，我們因為自己的頑強攀登而無怨無悔，這已經(jīng)就是成功，去追逐的過程就是收獲的過程，收獲了就是成功，至于結(jié)果如何，那是上天的驚喜與恩賜。若真要求一個結(jié)果，那每個人的結(jié)果都是一樣，就是死亡。
