Intercultural communication is a new study area of sociology,which is becoming more and more relevant in the increasingly multicultural communities that we live in, and it is an important issue in English language teaching. Researches in foreign language teaching indicate that good commend of language could not certainly ensure effective communication between different cultures, and that Intercultural Communicative Competence (ICC) plays a critical role.
