《跨文化交流與溝通》共分十二章，分別論述了學習跨文化交流的重要意義、交流與文化、文化觀念、文化偏見、語言與文化、非語言交流、社會交往、人際關系、跨文化環境、跨文化能力、跨文化適應以及跨文化訓練。目的為幫助學生和讀者在跨文化交流與溝通中掌握相應的技巧及提高相應的能力。
《跨文化交流與溝通》綜合國內外專家多年研究成果，對跨文化交流與溝通進行了系統論述。跨文化交際學始于美國，隨著經濟全球化時代的到來，不同文化背景的人們之間交流日益頻繁，人們提升自身跨文化交流能力的需要日顯突出。
吳玉倫，男，漢族，1957年生，山東省蓬萊市人，中共黨員，現為沈陽師范大學國際商學院黨總支書記，教授，碩士生導師。主要研究方向為英語教育、美國社會文化、西方禮儀及跨文化交流研究等。1982年1月畢業于沈陽師范學院外語系英語語言文學專業，同年留校任教。1996年5)q獲美國賓夕法尼亞州布魯姆斯堡大學英語教育專業碩士學位。1994年評為副教授，1999年晉升為教授。先后出版了《美國社會文化》、《西方禮儀與文化》、《國際商務文化指南》、《跨文化管理》等多部著作，主持省級課題6項，在國內外刊物上公開20多篇。
